Technical features

1.This machine adopts the constant power two-speed cutting technology for the

frst time, can be easily switched between high and low speeds and has a highcutting efficiency;

2. The hydraulic system adopts constant power variable pump with load sensitivitycontrol and proportional multi-way directional valve and other newcomponents, greatly improving the efficiency of the hydraulic system;

3. For the first time, the working pressure of China's road headers has beenincreased from 16 MPa to 23 MPa, and this machine can operate reliably. Onthe premise that the system power is basically unchanged, the overloadcapacity of the hydraulic system is effectively improved, greatly improving theoverall performance of the road header;

4. The integrated structure of Rexroth travelling motor+reducer has high reliabilityand large traction;

5. The electric cabinet adopts quick opening design, and has complete protectionand fault diagnosis;

6.The electrical system is equipped with a 5.7-inch large display screen inChinese, which can monitor the key components of the road header in realtime;
