EBZ220B Road Header

EBZ220B cantilever road header is mainly used for the tunneling of the fully mechanized coal mine face, and mainly suitable for the construction of thin seam small section coal and half-coal rock roadway tunneling. 

The whole machine has the following characteristics:

Technical features:

1. The height of the whole machine is low, which can adapt to thin seam half-coalrock roadway tunneling.

2. lt adopts two-speed cutting, with large torque at low speed, fast speed, andhigh effciency of cutting; lt has good cutting stability and strong cutting ability.

3. The whole process chain pressing is adopted to improve the wear resistance and reduce the resistance of 

material transportation.

4. The travel unit adopts a track travelling mechanism with track roller, for reliablebraking. 

5.The hydraulic system adopts a constant power variable pump with load sensitivity control and proportional multi-way directional valve and other new components, and is able to adapt to complex working conditions.  The system has low calorifc value and high effciency.

6. With the centralized lubricating system, the entire rotary table can be lubricated centrally.   

7. It has a complete monitoring system for the working condition of the whole machine.
