EBZ260H Road Header

EBZ260H road header is a heavy-duty soad header .It is suitable for large section rock roadway tunneling. It can aslo be used for roadway tunneling under similar conditions such as road ,railway and water conservancy engineering tunnels.

Technical features

1. It can make full use of its own weight in the cutting process, with good cuttingstability and strong cutting ability;

2.According to the condition of total rock tunneling, the wear-resisting propertyof the cutting head, cutting pick and transport mechanism is greatly improved;

3. Important structural parts such as rack and rotary trunnion, are welded withhigh-strength steel plates, with large bearing capacity and high safety factor;

4. The new type of pin anti-rotation mechanism is used to completely solve thevarious problems caused by the hinged pin rotation of the road header;

5.The electrical system adopts a modular design, with reserved power supply andvarious communication interfaces, which is convenient for upgrading variousfunctions such as control, monitoring, and fault diagnosis.
