EBZ320 Road Header

EBZ320 cantilever road header is a new type of extra heavy duty road header newly developed  mainly used for rock roadway tunneling.  Many technologies of this machine are new leading and innovative technologies at home and abroad, representing the development trend of road headers in China.  The machine is suitable for tunneling of coal mines with various types of floors, and can also be used for tunnel construction of railways, highways, and hydraulic engineering.

Technical features:

1.The machine adopts a fish-ridge split type transport mechanism with a high-efficiency in front of the reversing sprocket, which can expand the active coal feeding capacity of the scraper and improve the coal loading and transportation speed of the loading mechanism. At the same time, a wear-resistant plate is welded on the outer side of the rotary table, a detachable wear-resistant plate is added to the shovel plate panel, and the whole process chain pressing is adopted to improve the wear resistance and reduce the resistance of material transportation;

2.All actions of this machine can be controlled by the remote control.The large-screen

display adopts the windows operating system and has a good man-machine exchange function. During the cutting process, the position of the cutting head can be displayed on the screen along with the cutting swing, and there are digital displays of the oil temperature, oil level, flow, pressure, temperature rise of the cutting reducer and other

operating states;
