Technical features

1.Good cutting strength and high working reliability: The innovative full-width efficient

cutting drum and the highly-reliable heavy-duty cutting gearbox deliver excellentsafety protection and good impact resistance. The triple overload protection system(by mechanical, electrical and pneumatic means) addresses the technical challenge ofrapid response to and accurate protection of cutting overload under abnormal workingconditions and signifcantly reduces the failure rate of cutting mechanism.

2.Good trafficability and powerful traction: The four-quadrant AC variable-frequencytraction crawler traveling mechanism accelerates the traveling response and improvesthe starting torque, solving the technical problem of power insuffciency during muddyroad traveling in underground mines through rapid response and regenerative brakingof the reliable traveling system.

3. Efhcient dust removal: Functioning in a wide variable air volume range and with highdust reduction efficiency, the wet negative pressure dedusting device, combined withthe forced ventilation set of the working face, makes up a ventilation system of long-compression and short-drafting, which significantly improves the working environmentand working safety by improving the ventilation and dust removal of the working face.

4.Safe and reliable electrical system: The electrical system uses PLC control and Chinesestatus indication. It is well protected and highly reliable, and the fault diagnosis is easy.The components function stably and reliably. Electrical components in the electriccontrol box deliver stable performance and good adaptability to the power grid.

Highly intelligent equipment: Responding to the requirements for intelligentdevelopment of the coal industry, the Institute has developed technologies of LOS(line-of-sight) remote control, adaptive cutting, and remote operation statusmonitoring, which have significantly improved personnel safety and equipment workingreliability.
