SC Series Shuttle Car
Shuttle car is one of the key supporting equipment behind the continuous miner in the mechanized short-wall mining system. lts shuttles between the continuous miner and the feed crusher in the short-wall working face to transfer the coal.
SC Series Shuttle Car Technical Features:
1. The shuttle car is optional transportation equipment for mechanized short-wallmining face and serves as a support to the continuous miner. It is mainly used for short-wall mining faces, such as leftover coal recovery, residual coalrecovery and mining of coals under buildings, railways and water bodies that arenot suitable for long-wall mining. lt may also be used as a backup transportationtool for rapid roadway tunneling;
2. With the spatial connecting rod four-wheel steering adopted, the shuttle bus hasa small turning radius and will adapt to the narrow and harsh workingenvironment in the underground mines;
3. The leading AC frequency conversion technology is applied to traveling drive andtransfer conveying, which ensures large starting torque and fast dynamicresponse;
4. The electromechanical combined braking delivers powerful braking capacity andhigh reliability;
5. The new cylindrical cam cable winding mechanism is adopted for efhcient cable retracting and laying;
6. The conveying part uses AC variable frequency drive to reduce system impactand improve starting torque;
7. The modular design facilitates installation, removal and maintenance, while thesplit frame is suitable for various mine cage sizes, thus making it applicable to more scenarios.
