Technical features:

1. The hopper volume of the feeder crusher is large and can store a certain amount of coal. And due to the relatively large instantaneous conveying capacity of the bolter-miner, the coal can be conveyed evenly after being buffered by the hopper of the traveling feed crusher. 

2. The hydraulic system is powered by a plunger pump with load-sensitive feedback, pressure compensation and constant power control, which can save the energy consumption of the system, limit the maximum pressure of the system, and ensure that the system is not overloaded. The hydraulic proportional reversing valve is used to control the movement of the motor, which can carry out stepless speed regulation, realize the soft start of hydraulic components, reduce the impact, and extend the service life of hydraulic components. Hydraulic oil is subjected to three levels of fltration, ensuring the hydraulic system oil medium clean and pollution-free.

3. The feeder crusher's walking system adopts the track travelling mechanism without track roller, hydraulic motor drive, hydraulic proportional reversing valve to control the motor walking, realize the stepless speed regulation of the equipment, can meet the mining operation and long-distance mobilization; lt adopts track for walking, and ground pressure is small, which is not easy to cause break of the bottom plate .

4. The electrical system adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core control unit, and also has the Chinese display of the operating status and the cause of the failure.The control technology is advanced, the system is reliable, the protection is complete, the operation is convenient, and the failure rate is low.
